To choose a broker view the broker profiles for those working in your area.

The NBN registration scheme is entirely voluntary and whilst we make every effort to verify the details of each broker, the NBN cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, misleading information or negligent behaviour by brokers whose profiles appear on this site.

However, all registered brokers have agreed to abide by the NBN codes of conduct and quality statements and we are able to investigate legitimate complaints under our grievance and complaint procedures.

The NBN is in the process of re-designing the role of the regions to include accreditation and quality monitoring of brokers and broker agencies.
